Recommended One-Day Menu

  • Breakfast: 1 cup low-fat milk, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 boiled egg, cucumber with wood ear fungus.
  • Lunch: 1 bowl rice, steamed perch (small portion), stir-fried bok choy, tomato and egg soup.
  • Snack: 1 apple or 1 cup yogurt.
  • Dinner: 1 bowl multi-grain porridge, stir-fried broccoli, cold tofu (small portion).
